00:00The Department of Public Works and Highways, or DPWH, is speeding up its preparations before the rainy season arrives in

00:06the country.

00:07This follows an inspection conducted by DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, and Project NOAA Executive Director

00:16Dr. Mahar Lagmay.

00:19In connection with this event, Project NOAA is set to study the potential benefits and effects of the still-unfinished

00:25pumping station built above Matalahib Creek in Quezon City.

00:30One of the issues being looked into is the design of the project.
