00:00The U.S. military is the single largest consumer of hydrocarbons on the planet.
00:07And a lot of heft that the U.S. enjoys as a superpower is because of its military.
00:14In other words, because of its military spending.
00:17In other words, because of its carbon emissions.
00:20So that's the world we are living in, right?
00:23The more you emit, the more you destroy, the bigger a superpower you are.
00:31All that can change very soon because you don't have to do anything new.
00:37You don't have to scale mountains.
00:39You don't have to achieve peaks.
00:41You simply have to stop emitting.
00:45Now, stopping something that you are already doing is far easier than accomplishing something new.
00:52So, we simply have to pull the plug.
