Today, we had marked the 30th anniversary of Pokemon franchise starting from Generations I - X. It was introduced in 1996. It features a lot of main core games and spinoffs, including the anime footages.

2026 marks the Pokémon 30th Anniversary, and it is already set to be a spectacular year for Pokémon! Between the opening of the dedicated PokéPark Kanto amusement park, to the upcoming release of Pokémon Pokopia, the deepest spin-off game ever, we can't wait to see the additional surprises, delights, and exciting challenges this anniversary will bring for us all! Will this be the year we see a tenth generation? I can't wait to find out.

The lyrics in this AMV, which heavily feature themes of seeking connection, overcoming silence, and holding onto bonds, beautifully mirror the emotional core of Ash Ketchum's long journey as a Pokémon Trainer. Through the lens of the song's narrative, we can parallel specific aspects of his growth:Key themes paralleling Ash's path:

Finding Meaning in Connection: The song lyrics (1:23 - 1:34) speak to hearing a "silence" and searching for a bridge to someone else. This reflects Ash's journey from an impulsive novice to a trainer who learns to understand the "heart" of his Pokémon, forming deep, non-verbal bonds (like his legendary connection with Pikachu).
The Depth of Experience: Phrases about "diving to the bottom of a deep heart" (2:03 - 2:16) mirror Ash's persistent nature. Throughout his decades-long travels across multiple regions, Ash often had to "dive" into difficult challenges and losses, always continuing until he found the truth or success he was looking for.
Holding Onto Bonds: The repeated sentiment of holding hands and not letting go (5:10 - 5:23) serves as a powerful metaphor for Ash's loyalty. Whether it's his human companions or his team, the core of Ash's success has always been the promise he makes to his partners—that they will reach the "outside world" together, overcoming any obstacle.
