00:04What's it been like for you over the last few days?
00:08Tough, for sure. Not just because of the last game,
00:14but because of the period we are passing.
00:18Not an easy situation, not an easy moment.
00:22From the other side, a big challenge to change the things.
00:28So, like everything in life, you can choose how to see the situation.
00:36So you can stay and cry or you can fight.
00:40You can be the victim or you can say I can change something.
00:44This is the message I want to start, what I communicate to the players.
00:49Because everyone is speaking, everyone has opinions.
00:51So, the life is always how you see him.
00:58The bottle is always half empty or half full.
01:02So, here there is nothing full. There is a lot of empty things.
01:08But difficult moments don't last for always, no? So, it will be passed.
01:15And I believe the players who will take this as a challenge, as an opportunity,
01:22who will stand up with the courage to change the things,
01:26after this period they will become better person and better players.
01:31So, in tough moments, it's always about that.

01:37I listened to the last period, a lot of things about what is the club,
01:43and the problems, and no one can do nothing.
01:46And this, like, victimism, you know, really, like the victimism.
01:50And I said this morning to the players, totally opposite things.
01:55We were the teams with the staff, I said it's all about us.
