00:00And as a coach, you always speak about equipping players with the tools, but you want them to go on
00:03the pitch and think in the moment and do what's best fit for them.
00:07But dropping the points that you have for winning positions or those errors that have happened, how do you in
00:12your role actually make the team more clinical?
00:15Because there are many chances in some of the games you've lost where it's a different story.
00:18Yeah, I think I've been here for two and a half months.
00:22That's the reality.
00:23It feels like a long time with the amount of games that we've had.
00:26How you learn from mistakes is the way I work with the players as we sit down.
00:30We go through a lot of clips, as Rhys would tell you, sitting next to me a lot of times
00:34he's been in my office.
00:35And sometimes it's two or three clips that you show.
00:38What you want to see after that is an improvement.
00:41But I've been here for two and a half months.
00:43So it takes time.
00:45We don't have much time left.
00:47We need to learn from, especially the Leeds and Burnley games where we dropped four points from winning positions at
00:52home.
00:52And if we do that, with the consistency in our performances, we won 4-1 at Villa the last game.
00:58We're in a good place to do what we want to do.
