00:03It's a red line in so many ways that's being crossed in this conflict.
00:25For all of those Gulf states, Kuwait all the way down to Uman, the majority of their
00:32water supplies come from desalination.
00:34Which, in some cases, as high as 90% of their water supply portfolio is coming from basically
00:41seawater desalination.
00:43So when you start to affect that infrastructure, so many things cascade from that that are really,
00:53really of huge concern.
01:01To move towards infrastructure that's associated with water that has no military value is really
01:11alarming.
01:12And so I think that certainly both Iran being struck first with their desalination plan
01:19and Bahrain in return, I think both sides did not expect that to happen.
01:24And now we're in a very dangerous frontier where now these types of critical infrastructure
01:31assets are now being targeted and absolutely should be protected.
01:35Because if that supply source goes offline, there are some very difficult decisions that
01:41have to be made in those countries as far as how are you going to secure sufficient water.
01:46And then, the opportunity to move towards the territory is actually going to be made out of the territory.
01:47And we can do that.
