A group of the world's most dangerous death row criminals is given a chance to be pardoned. The mission sounds simple: Go to a mysterious island, find the legendary "Elixir of Life," and return. But there is a catch—no one who has gone to this island has ever returned in one piece.
Accompanied by elite executioners (guards) to keep them in check, the prisoners arrive only to find that this "Paradise" is actually a nightmare filled with grotesque monsters and deadly traps. Now, enemies must rely on each other. If they want to leave this island alive, they have to kill or be killed.
