The Weinstein Company has released the new Burnt trailer. Director John Well’s upcoming kitchen comedy stars four-time Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper (Silver Linings Playbook, American Sniper) in the title role.

Chef Adam Jones (Cooper) had it all – and lost it. A two-star Michelin rockstar with the bad habits to match, the former enfant terrible of the Paris restaurant scene did everything different every time out, and only ever cared about the thrill of creating explosions of taste. To land his own kitchen and that third elusive Michelin star he’ll need the best of the best on his side, including the beautiful Helene (Sienna Miller of Foxcatcher and American Sniper).

Scripted by Steven Knight (Locke, “Peaky Blinders”), Burnt also stars two-time Academy Awardwinner Emma Thompson (Sense and Sensibility, Love Actually), Daniel Brühl (The Fifth Estate, Captain America: Civil War), Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey, “The Fall”), Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina, Seventh Son), Uma Thurman (Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill) and Lily James (Cinderella, “Downton Abbey”). Bradley Cooper previously played a chef inspired by Anthony Bourdain in FOX’s short-lived 2005 TV series “Kitchen Confidential.”

Burnt is set to hit the big screen on October 23.
