00:53contesti e in quale preferisci lavorare?
00:57I think the main difference is money and time, really. I think, you know, TV tends to be a lot
01:06quicker and, you know, you feel kind of on edge a lot, which is sometimes a good feeling.
01:13And film, you have the benefits of having a bit more time and there's a lot of waiting around.
01:19But, you know, obviously I'm a fan of both. What's great about TV, especially at the moment, is there's so
01:26many fantastic miniseries and TV series that so many people are tuning into.
01:32And I think there's some quality characters that are kind of born and bred, you know, on TV screens.
01:40I'd like to continue doing both, really, to have the opportunity to keep working, ideally, in whichever form.
01:48There's interesting people and that's my draw. So whether that be TV, film or on stage, I'd happily do any
01:55three.
02:11Yeah, I mean, it was intimidating. I mean, within hours of finding out I got the part, George had somehow
02:17managed to find my Facebook and send me a message.
02:20He was saying, don't play me camp. I'm not camp. So, you know, yeah, there was a lot of pressure,
02:28but also it was great because I could meet him.
02:30I could talk to him. And he gave, I wore a lot of his original clothes. There were certain things
02:35like the first Top of the Pops performance.
02:38He didn't have that famous smock he wore, but he had the prints. So he made it. He made the
02:44print. He made the print for us.
02:46So that was brilliant. And having him on set was a strange thing. I remember we, it was, I spent
02:52some time with him before.
02:54And then, and then he didn't come to set for like three or four weeks and three weeks.
03:00And I was so in that character because it was, we had again, TV, there was like no time, no
03:04money.
03:05So we were working really like long hours, 14 hour days. So I was just basically living in this character.
03:10I was 17 at the time just living there up in Manchester filming. So I was, I felt like I
03:15was the closest I've ever come to becoming someone.
03:18And I remember coming in and seeing him standing there over breakfast while I was being mic'd up.
03:24And it was that weird thing of like, how, how can we be in the same room?
03:29It was just a really, it's the weirdest, one of the weirdest feelings I've ever experienced.
03:32And I was, I nearly cried. I found it really emotional.
03:35Um, uh, yeah, I, I am a big, big fan of his and I, and I, um, I, uh, yeah,
03:40I love him.
03:40I always will share a little bit of, I will share a little bit of his soul, I think.
03:44And then we will share the other work.
03:44Yeah.
03:45Thank you, Mike.
03:46And then we have a special guess that it looks like natural byhooting.
03:53Yeah.
