00:05Regarding the Shield of the Americas, the initiative by President Trump this weekend,
00:09big names, a lot of countries, but some notable absences.
00:13For instance, Colombia, which is a key ally with the United States in terms of counter-ricotics.
00:17And President Gustavo Petro was here at the White House, and he met with President Trump.
00:22Why wasn't Colombia invited to the Shield of the Americas?
00:25I don't think we're seeing the level of cooperation we quite want to see yet
00:28from the Colombian government to invite them to the Shield of Americas event in PACT,
00:33but we certainly hope that this newfound organization will expand
00:38and we can continue to invite additional member countries.
