00:00Katniss was always really just trying to survive and take care of her family in District 12
00:04and when she gets to 13 she kind of realizes there's a much bigger plan going on
00:09there's like an actual government that's kind of forming in 13
00:12and then they need her to be a part of it and to kind of help with these uprisings
00:17and so I think that that's kind of a moment when she realized that she will fight and make a
00:20difference
00:21the story is really smart
00:23I think that the places that it goes to
00:25to see it develop from this smallish story about a girl who's fighting to survive in her world
00:31to become this huge uprising
00:32it's complicated to find the politics of it all
00:35and to find a way to ground it in reality in this kind of unrealistic world
00:40quasi-unrealistic world at least
00:42and I think that Francis did a great job of doing that
00:45of telling this incredible story in such a large scope
00:48but making it relatable and grounded so that people can connect with it
00:51and see correlations to what's happening in the world today
