00:22The project was inspected this Wednesday by the Department of Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez.
00:28Department of Public Works and Highway Secretary Vince Dizon and Toll Regulatory Board Executive Director J.R. Tugade.
00:35To recall, it was delayed for six years due to right-of-way issues.
00:39And at present, the project is 98% complete and expected to be finished in the second half of 2027.
