00:10blackhead solutions from Clinique. I pick my nose a lot as in I pick the blackheads
00:16on my nose a lot. I've been doing that since high school and it's leaving scars
00:20and it often makes my skin look worse. If I could pick a fight with one thing on
00:25my face it would be my blackheads. I'm hoping that it's a blackout on our
00:29blackheads. Heyo! So I have this close-up camera and we're gonna take some before
00:35pictures of our horse. Oh you know I didn't sign up for that. But science so I'm just
00:41gonna get right into. Okay this is like having all of my secrets laid bare for
00:46everyone to see. Oh these are good. Oh my god can I take this out of the box? We need
00:52that gunk out.
00:53I have heard a lot about this blackhead solution. Seven day deep pour cleanse
00:59and scrub. It says multi-functional pore cleaning formula gentle exfoliants evict
01:04blackheads. I'm the landlady here. You have to get out of my pores.
01:11Kind of looks like toothpaste but like the kind I want on my face immediately. Right.
01:16Toothpaste for your face is just gonna get all that gunk out. Oh I feel some exfoliation in there.
01:22There's like the smallest smallest little exfoliation beads. It's very
01:26refreshing and creamy also. And it's really cooling. I'm just imagining those
01:32before pictures and like attack! Honestly this feels so good that I want to just
01:37keep doing this all day long. What's the next step? For twice a week you can use
01:42this as a five-minute mask but today we're just gonna rinse it off real easy.
01:47Oh I feel that scrub though. This product also promotes cell turnover which is what
01:55gives people that glowy glow. I only want brand new cells because that's what we
02:00deserve honestly. So next we have our blackhead solution self-heating blackhead
02:06extractor. Okay so how do we even use this? Well lucky for us Clinique has
02:11provided a diagram on how to use it. First we're going to unscrew the cap to the
02:17bottle. Oh wow. That's so thick. It's like shea butter. We're gonna put it like in our T-zone.
02:25My problem area. My problem area. My blackhead farm. So they just want you to rub it in
02:30kind of like you would a face mask. They're little scrubbies in there but they're
02:35really fine. I don't feel it heating up yet. The trick about this thing is you
02:39need water to activate that heat. Yeah this is this is heating up. It's like when
02:47you're at a spa and they're using heat to open up your pores. Blair do you hear
02:51that? What? I think it's my blackhead screaming. Help me. This isn't even the main
02:58show. We got to get this applicator and now that it's activated rub it around. I love
03:03little things that are different like this. You never see that. I know it makes me
03:08actually enjoy putting it on. So maybe I won't pick anymore.
03:12Oh there's the heat. There's the heat. Whoa whoa whoa. Wait that's for real. It's almost like putting a hot
03:18towel on your face.
03:19Yes. Yeah. So glamorous right now. So we have done this for about 30 seconds and
03:26we're gonna go ahead and rinse this off. I can't believe how much just happened.
03:29Like this product is a whole journey. Oh my gosh. Yeah so I can only really imagine
03:35what this is going to do using it over time because products rarely work
03:39immediately but this is. So we try both products and it feels like there's pretty
03:43immediate results. Feel good. Clinique says that there are immediate results and
03:47then there are better results after seven days and then even better better
03:50results after 30 days. Right so what should we do? We need to try for seven days.
03:58And we're back. Hello everyone. Here we are. We've been testing the Clinique Blackhead
04:03solutions for the past week. As you guys may have noticed we have a little
04:07partnership going on with our friends at Clinique. Just because it's a partnership
04:11doesn't mean we're not going to shoot it to you straight. And I brought my little
04:15friend the close-up camera so we can do that nose. Honestly they look great.
04:23Really? Okay. Hit me. This is like the ultimate test. If we were going to bring
04:27this into a court of law this is our evidence. Okay I'll start with the seven
04:32day deep pour cleansing scrub. Use this twice a day in the morning and in the
04:36evening and then I use it a few times as a mask. I have to say after spending so
04:41much time with it. That is definitely a boss. I knew I could feel the product
04:47doing something because it has those little scrubbies in it and it's really
04:50thick and luxurious. A little bit goes a long way. For sure. But now seeing those
04:55pictures I know it was doing something. So what did you think? Is it a boss or a
04:59loss for you Blair? No let me just think really hard about this one. I'm gonna say
05:03that it was a boss because I am all about the sensory experience when it comes to
05:08skincare products and this just feels good going on your face. It has these
05:12little beads in it that really help exfoliate so you really feel like you're
05:16just shedding off that dead skin. Which brings us to our second product the
05:21blackhead solutions self-heating blackhead extractor. You're supposed to use this
05:26product three times a week on your problem areas like your t-zone. What did you
05:30think? Was it a boss or a loss for you? I don't know if you could tell already but I
05:35think this product is a total boss especially after looking at our
05:38pictures again. I'm just shook to my ever-living core. It feels like you're
