00:00A Pakistani villager is pleading with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to free his pet pigeon, currently in pigeon prison,
00:09on charges of spying.
00:10How did this happen, you ask?
00:12Well, the man lives just a couple of kilometres from the border and let his pigeons out for a fly.
00:17Police said the pigeon had a ring on one of his legs that had a code on it they were
00:22trying to decipher.
00:23But the man says the code is just his phone number.
00:28He apparently owns a dozen pigeons and says India needs to stop victimising innocent birds.
00:35I think the worst thing is that villagers captured the bird and handed it over to police.
00:41Apparently this has happened a number of times over the years.
00:45Wow.
00:46Here's a picture I got of the pigeon in pigeon prison.
00:56Oh my giddy aunt.
01:00Excellent.
01:01And that's the latest news on BFM.
