00:12I'd say so. I think when you look at the situation at the moment, Real Madrid, Xavi Alonso getting sacked,
00:19Arbeloa coming in, tactically you can tell that there's not a lot going on with this Real Madrid side.
00:24I think when you look at how they played against Getafe, how they played against Celta Vigo, they were lucky
00:29to get a win against Celta Vigo and you can tell, yes, Arbeloa has probably brought the group closer together,
00:35but I think tactically against Guardiola, and we know how good tactically Guardiola is as a manager, I think it'll
00:40be, I think City will go through, but we never know with Real Madrid in the Champions League at the
00:47Bernabeu, these special moments that we've had over the years, but I think City are definitely the favourites.
00:53I think so, yeah. Last year, they were in a really bad spot and Madrid just won so easily. But
01:00yeah, I think so. The thing is, City, they're not super strong at the moment, they're pretty good, but they're
01:05not as good as they used to be, but obviously Madrid have got some problems.
01:08So yeah, I think this is probably the time when City are most favoured to win. But in every single
01:15one of these games here, Madrid just always find a way to score a goal quickly and then maybe score
01:20a goal again after two minutes. So it's definitely still a really difficult game.
01:34I'm obviously surprised that Xavi Alonso didn't stay on. I think when you look at the pedigree of manager he
01:39is, the job he did at Bayer Leverkusen, and now a lot of people are touting
01:44him for the City job, the Liverpool job, because Arnie Slott's obviously under a lot of pressure. But I think
01:50a lot of people are surprised. If you ask most English people, they probably wouldn't have known that
01:54Arbelo was the Castilla manager. And I think they're looking at names like Jurgen Klopp, who obviously has been linked
02:00with Real Madrid. But I think more surprised that Xavi Alonso originally was sacked and Arbelo has come in.
02:06I think we kind of know that this can happen at Real Madrid. Not all the time. And obviously, like
02:12they've had great periods of stability with like Zidane and Ancelotti, where they win the Champions League. So I guess
02:18there's two talking points about Real Madrid in England. One is that they just always win the Champions League. And
02:23the other one is that every now and again, things do go wrong, and there is a bit of drama.
02:27So now this has happened. It's like, oh, yeah, okay, Madrid are going through a bit of a difficult period.
02:32This happens every few years. Let's see what happens next. So yeah,
02:36pretty much that. When Xavi Alonso got sacked, I don't think anybody was surprised.
02:52There's so many. I mean, Cherki, Semenyo is one of the really key. He's been a shining light for Man
02:59City. But when you look at, there's one man in particular, Erling Haaland, I think he's the man.
03:06Cherki's got so much potential. He can kind of do the two things that Guardiola wants. He can take a
03:11lot of touches and control the tempo of the game. But he's so creative and he can score goals as
03:16well. So he's a perfect blend. And I think he's the exciting player for me.
