00:00What if I told you that some AI startups making thousands of dollars per month are
00:06billed in just few weekends and all they are doing is rapping someone else's AI,
00:11our AI rapper's general business idea or the biggest scam in tech world right now.
00:16Let's talk about it. Hey everyone, welcome back to the channel. I am Sarthak and if you have been
00:21anywhere near AI Twitter, startup, YouTube or product launches lately, you have probably heard
00:26this stuff everywhere. AI rappers. Some people say they are the fastest way to build an AI startup.
00:34Others say they are lazy products that are doomed to die. So in this video we'll break down what are
00:40AI rappers, real examples making money, some succeed and others fail and whether building one in 26 is
00:47worth it or not. Let's get into it. So let's start simple and AI rapper is basically app that is
00:55used
00:55to make a product. Product built on top of an existing AI model. Instead of building an AI from
01:01scratch you take something powerful like open eyes models, chat GPT or like cloth models. So where you
01:07have a clean interface, a specific window or a niche use cases. Think of it like a you are not
01:14building
01:14the engine, you are building the car, the dashboard and the driving experience because the engine is
01:19already there. The AI does the heavy lifting. Your product makes it usable, faster and more valuable
01:26for every specific audience. So the question arrives, why did AI rapper suddenly explode? There are three
01:32big reasons for it. First is APIs. Anyone can now plug into models like OpenAI, Anthropic or Google's Gemini.
01:40And second is speed. You can build a working MVP in just few days, not in months, not in years,
01:45just in few days. And third is non-technical. A founder does not need to be from technical background.
01:51You don't need a PhD in machine learning AI anymore. A good idea with a good UX can break raw
01:57AI power.
01:58That's why we surrender hundreds of AI tools launching every week and that's what fascinates us.
02:03And now, now guys is the time for real life examples. We have probably seen tools like create
02:09resumes, design social medias or generate AI headshots. Most of these aren't building new AI models.
02:14They are wrapping the existing ones. For example, let's see this. They focus on one problem, one audience and one
02:22workflow.
02:23And guess what? People pay for convenience, not royal diligence. So are AI rappers just the thin rappers?
02:29Now, here is the controversy that comes in. Critics says this is just a fancy UI on the top of
02:35Chad GPD or Gemini or Claude's Anthropic.
02:38The big AI companies will kill these tools in few days. They are no real moat. And honestly, sometimes they
02:45are right.
02:45A bad AI rapper adds no value, has generic prompts and can be replaced by a single JRP prompt.
02:51But a good AI rapper, that's where the difference arrives. They deeply understand their own niche,
02:56receives the real time and they automate the boring steps that we all are bored about and that they fit
03:02into existing workflows.
03:03So here is the point. The difference isn't in the AI part. The difference is the product thinking part.
03:08Because now everyone can use any AI and make any product. The question lies in the product thinking.
03:14So now, if you are one of those who are thinking or building one, here is the right approach to
03:19go about.
03:20Step 1. Pick up painful problem. Not AI that writes text. That's too broad.
03:25Step 2. Narrow the audience. Lawyers, recruiters, founders or real estate agents.
03:30Step 3. Build workflows. Not prompts. Multiple steps. Memory, custom outputs. Step 4. Make it stupidly easy.
03:38So the users should not have to think. And that's how rappers turn into real products.
03:43So if you are building or thinking about building an AI rapper, remember this thing.
03:48Don't compare on AI. Compare on experience, focus and execution. If you found this helpful,
