Bersatu vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee has been suspended from the party for two election terms effective Tuesday (March 10).

The Beluran MP said he would not appeal the decision and challenged the party to expel him if he had truly done wrong.

00:01Bersatu Malaysia Vice President Datuk Sri Dr Ronald Kyandi has been suspended from the
00:06party as of Tuesday.
00:08In a social media post, the Beluran MP shared a notice from Bersatu's disciplinary board
00:14informing him of the decision.
00:16Ronald said he would not appeal the suspension and suggested the party should just sack him
00:21instead.
00:21According to the notice, signed by disciplinary board chairman Datuk Mohamad Radzi Manan,
00:27Ronald was found to have breached clause 9.1.4 of the party's constitution.
00:33During the suspension period, he will be stripped of all party posts and barred from issuing statements
00:40on behalf of the party.
00:41He has been given 14 days to appeal the decision.
00:45Ronald also claimed the disciplinary action could be linked to his involvement in organising
00:51the RESET programme and attending a meeting in Bangkok with ousted Bersatu Deputy President
00:56Dato' Sri Hamzah Zainuddin and Deputy Prime Minister Dato' Sri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
