00:03The US and the UK are working together every single day, as they always have.
00:09And obviously, in relation to Iran, the US are now using UK air bases under the agreement that we've reached.
00:19Decisions about what's in Britain's best interests are decisions for the Prime Minister of Britain.
00:29And that's how I've approached all of the questions and all the decisions that I've had to make.
00:35It is really important. That's a fundamental principle.
00:38It's right for us to be working with those countries to put in as much capability as we can to
00:43deal with those incoming missiles,
00:46deal with those incoming drones, and make sure we take down the threat assessment there.
00:52The longer this goes on, the more likely the potential for an impact on our economy,
00:59an impact into the lives and households of everybody and every business.
01:03And our job is to get ahead of that, to look around the corner, assess the risks, monitor the risks,
01:08and work with others in relation to that.
