00:25you take care of everybody enough during the season, your conditioning is better.
00:28It's not like your shape gets worse and worse, your conditioning gets better.
00:33And when you combine this with the study of the game, film,
00:38and a will to not repeat the mistakes many times,
00:43yeah, you do get better.
00:45And I feel like I get better and I get more comfortable and more in control.
