00:15I wish to express my profound gratitude to you, citizens of Israel, for your unwavering
00:20resolve and steadfastness, for the exemplary way you are conducting yourselves during this
00:25time of emergency, understanding the immense gravity of the hour, and diligently adhering
00:30to the instructions of the Home Front Command.
00:32They truly save lives.
00:34In the security rooms and protected spaces, you are all demonstrating a strong spirit.
00:40You are telling me, you are telling the government, you are telling our brave soldiers and our heroic
00:45commanders to continue until the very end, until we achieve victory.
00:50I wish to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your unwavering support, and I want
00:55to inform you that we are indeed continuing with all our might.
00:59In war, one triumphs through initiative and clever stratagems, but the fundamental cornerstone
01:05of success is unwavering determination.
01:09I'm not just speaking of the resolve of leaders.
01:12I'm speaking of the resolve of the people.
01:14I'm speaking of the resolve that you, citizens of Israel, have demonstrated to this day, and
01:20the resolve we will still need together.
01:23Together, we rose from the terrible massacre of October 7th.
01:28Together, we repelled our enemies, step by step, in the war of independence, and utterly defeated
01:35them.
01:36In Gaza, Sinwar and his murderers.
01:39In Lebanon, Nasrallah and his terrorists.
01:42In Syria, we brought down the blood-thirsty regime.
01:45And in Iran, in Iran, we struck the murderous Ayatollah regime in a powerful operation.
01:50And now, we are doing it with even greater intensity in Operation Roaring Lion.
01:56Simultaneously, we brought all our hostages back to our land, struck terror strongholds in
02:02Judea and Samaria, ascended to the summit of Mount Hermon, and established buffer zones
02:07in Syria, Lebanon, and Gaza.
02:10As I promised you, just two days after the 7th of October, we are changing the very face
02:17of the Middle East, but we didn't change only the Middle East.
02:22First and foremost, we changed ourselves because, after the great disaster of October 7th, I
02:30decided to lead a change, initiating powerful actions one after another, proactive and surprising
02:37actions, actions that dramatically shift the balance of power between us and our enemies.
02:45And by employing these methods, we have transformed Israel into a formidable regional power, one that
02:51effectively deters and decisively defeats its adversaries.
02:54All of this demands initiative, boldness, and a willingness to take significant risks.
03:00In Serat Makal, the special unit where I served as both a fighter and a commander, there was
03:03a large poster, prominently displayed in the dining hall, that bore a very simple message,
03:06just two words.
03:07And those two words were, he who dares, wins.
03:09Zimritzwa ma'bhak.
03:10Zimritzwa ma'bhak.
03:11If you do not dare, if you are constantly fearful of failure, you will lose.
03:16But if you do dare, if you take calculated risks, throwing the enemy off his balance,
03:22you will break his spirit.
03:24Now, I will describe to you why we embarked on Operation Lion's Roar, what we have accomplished
03:30thus far, and what we intend to do as the campaign continues.
03:35Standing before us is an extreme evil regime that, for 47 years, has consistently called
03:41for the death of Israel, the death of America, and it actively plots to annihilate us with
03:45atomic bombs and tens of thousands of ballistic missiles.
03:50President Trump understood a long time ago the magnitude of the danger to the United States
03:54and to the entire world.
03:55I will tell you that I met him in Florida just a few months before he was elected for
03:59his second term.
04:00The first thing he said to me was, Bibi, we must at all costs prevent Iran from acquiring
04:05nuclear weapons.
04:06Yuma Falkil, I wish to thank my friend President Trump for the historic leadership he has shown,
04:15for the strong friendship between us, and for the tighter than ever alliance between the
04:20United States and Israel that we both lead.
04:23In the operation involving dogs, we combined forces to remove the immediate danger from
04:28both Israel and the United States.
04:32However, the dictator from Tehran Khamenei paid no attention to President Trump's warnings,
04:38nor did he pay attention to mine.
04:42He ordered Iran's nuclear and ballistic capabilities to be restored and even to be buried deep, deep
04:49underground beneath high mountains so that they would be completely immune from any attack.
04:55There is no doubt that, and after gaining this underground immunity, the Ayatollah's regime would
05:00have used these terrible tools to destroy us, to destroy Israel, and to threaten with nuclear
05:05weapons the United States, Europe, the countries of the region, the entire world.
05:11This is precisely what this terror regime is doing right now, even without any weapons of mass
05:16destruction.
05:17Just think what it would be capable of doing if it actually possessed nuclear weapons.
05:22And from this foresight, we, the United States and Israel, embarked together on an action that
05:29will thwart these terrible threats, an action that will create the conditions that will allow
05:34the Iranian people to take their destiny into their own hands.
05:38And there was an additional danger present here.
05:40There was a significant risk that Iran would preempt our actions, that Iran would launch
05:44an initial strike against American targets in the area, as well as against the State of Israel.
05:48Considering all these compelling reasons, we proceeded precisely at the predetermined moment,
05:52and regarding the actions we have undertaken up to this point.
05:56In the first week of the war, we successfully eliminated the dictator Khamenei.
06:01We neutralized dozens of senior Revolutionary Guard officials and hundreds of terror operatives.
06:06We destroyed government facilities, nuclear infrastructure, headquarters and military bases,
06:12weapons factories, missile depots and UAVs, and hundreds of ballistic missile launchers,
06:17which reduces the threat to the State of Israel.
06:21Through the efforts of our daring pilots and those from the United States,
06:24we have achieved nearly absolute control within the skies above Tehran.
06:28With each and every day that continues to pass, we are progressively stripping away
06:31more and more of the Iranian regime's capabilities.
06:35This is what we are doing in Lebanon, as well, with decisive strikes against Hezbollah terrorists,
06:42who are doing Iran's bidding. And I say again to the government of Lebanon,
06:46your responsibility is to enforce the ceasefire agreement. It is your responsibility to disarm Hezbollah.
06:53If you do not do so, Hezbollah's aggression will bring catastrophic consequences upon Lebanon,
07:00and it is time that you yourselves, yes, you yourselves take your destiny into your own hands.
07:07In any case, we will do everything that is required to protect our communities and our citizens.
07:14And regarding what we will do next in Iran, we have a well-structured plan with many surprises
07:21to undermine the regime to enable change.
07:25We have many more objectives, which I won't detail now. But to the Revolutionary Guards operatives,
07:32those who oppress the Iranian people in the streets, I tell you this, you are also in our
07:38sights. Whoever lays down their arms will not be harmed. Whoever does not, their blood is on their own head.
07:47And to the Iranian people, I want to say this. I have been speaking directly to you and advocating for
07:52your cause for many, many decades now. The decisive moment of truth is now drawing very close because
07:57our intention is not to divide Iran in any way. What we truly seek is to liberate Iran,
08:02to free it completely from the heavy burden of tyranny and to live alongside it in lasting peace.
08:07But ultimately, your liberation from the yoke of tyranny, this freedom, it rests upon your shoulders,
08:12the brave and resilient people of Iran who have endured so much. I truly believe that if you rise up
08:18at this crucial moment of truth, the day will not be far when Israel and Iran will once again become
08:23steadfast and true friends. Whoever witnesses the joint raising of flags in Western capitals,
08:30the Iranian lion and sun flag, alongside the Israeli star of David, whoever sees the warm dances and
08:36embraces between exiled Iranians and Jews, anyone who observes all of this is profoundly moved.
08:42This offers tremendous hope for the future. Our success will not only lead to the removal of a
08:48nuclear threat from the entire world, but also to peace between Israel and Iran.
08:53It will also bring about a dramatic expansion of the circle of peace surrounding us. Today,
08:58everyone understands that the Ayatollah regime poses a threat to the entire world. In recent days,
09:04Iran has attacked 12 countries in its vicinity.
09:07We stand firmly by their side. All these nations witness the immense power of Israel,
09:13our unwavering readiness to fight against the tyrants in Tehran, the profound bravery of our army and the
09:19courage of our people, and our tremendous military and technological capabilities. Many countries are now
09:26reaching out to us. I am telling you this. Many countries are now approaching us for cooperation.
09:32And why are they choosing to do this? Why are they reaching out to us, specifically now?
09:37Because we are strong. Because we are in the right. Because we are fighting.
09:43The countries surrounding us observed the hypocrisy of the United Nations, which condemned us without
09:48any reason in our righteous war against Iran's murderous proxies in Gaza. But that very same
09:54United Nations that did absolutely nothing in the face of the massacre of the masses in Iran,
09:59these nations that were attacked by Iran now witness the weakness and spinelessness of Western
10:05leaders who have simply forsaken them. While Khamenei and his murderers massacred tens of thousands
10:11of Iranian citizens, where was the United Nations? Where were many countries in the West? And where
10:17was the international media constantly condemning us with fake news? They were nowhere. They simply
10:24disappeared. Many countries today are seeing exactly who they can truly trust. Israel serves as a beacon of
10:33strength and hope. Thanks to this strength, we will be able to expand the circle of security,
10:38peace and prosperity further to unprecedented levels we have not known.
10:45But right now, citizens of Israel, at this very moment, we are still in the midst of a very
10:49difficult and challenging campaign. We will not cease our determined struggle against the tyrants in Iran.
10:54We will strike them down without mercy or hesitation. Operation Lion's Roar will continue with unwavering,
10:59uncompromising momentum. Together, we will continue to stand strong and resolute. Together,
11:05we will roar like a lion. And with God's help, together, we will ensure the eternity of Israel.
