00:10One of the things when we were talking backstage, you were telling me the crime,
00:15the cartels, and we're knocking the hell out of them.

00:20We're going to go heavier.
00:22So what we were doing with the boats coming in, the boats.
00:26There's not a lot of people coming in by boats anymore.
00:28We knocked down drugs coming in by sea, drugs coming in through water.
00:34It's down 96%.
00:36We're trying to find out who the other 4% are because I think they're the bravest people in the
00:41world.
00:41Either that or they don't watch television, right?
00:44They're either very brave or they're not watching.
00:48But we're calling this military partnership the America's Counter Cartel Coalition.
00:55And that's what you need.
00:56Do you have cartels?
00:58They seem to grow in this region unbelievably rapidly.
01:01It has to do with drugs, largely.

01:12And representatives of 17 different nations formerly entered this new alliance.
