00:10In Bhubaneshwar, a stretch of road behind Indra Gandhi Park turns into a busy lunch hub every afternoon.
00:17Known as the Mahila Ghaogali, the lane is run entirely by women vendors.
00:24Every day from around 12 noon to 3 or 4 pm, nearly 15 to 20 women set up small roadside
00:31stalls in the Unit 2 area, serving freshly cooked Aurea meals.
00:38The food is simple, lightly spiced and prepared at home before being served hot at the stalls.
00:45Meals are also affordable, with prices ranging from Rs 60 for a regular meal to around Rs 120 for chicken
00:52or mutton.
00:54Because of the homemade taste and pocket-friendly prices, the food street attracts office workers, students and businessmen every day.
