PM Anwar visits PAS spiritual leader at Penang Hospital

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Saturday (March 7) visited PAS Spiritual Leader Datuk Hashim Jasin, who is currently undergoing treatment at Penang Hospital.  Anwar, on a one-day working visit to Penang and Kedah, said that Hashim, an old friend, is in good condition, and that they even had the opportunity to speak at length. 00:31Hashim was transferred from Tuanku Fauzia Hospital in Perlis to Penang Hospital on February 18 for a

00:39stenting procedure. During the visit, Anwar met a Ministry of Health nurse who had been involved

00:45in a road accident on her way to work, praising the sacrifices of healthcare workers for their

00:50dedication to the community. Before leaving, the Prime Minister, who also serves as Finance

00:56Minister, received an update on the hospital's upgrading project, aimed at improving healthcare

01:02healthcare services for the benefit of the people.
