Madawa follows the journey of an intelligent and determined medical student who finds herself married into a family with no education or awareness, bound by a sense of duty to the kindness they once showed to her own family. Aaliyan is the only son of Aslam Sahab, a matric-pass boy known for his carefree and troublesome lifestyle. He loves bike racing, often gets into fights, dislikes lies, and has anger issues. He likes his cousin Nawera and wants to marry her.

Noor is the younger daughter of Aijaz. She is an MBBS student in her final semester. She has been engaged to Arish for a few years and looks forward to a happy life with him.
