01:11Ano po ang reaksyon ng mga employer po dito?
01:15Yung ating mga employers po ay wino-welcome po itong ating flexible work arrangement.
01:20In fact, ang nasabi ko na po kanina na 2004-2009 pa po ito.
01:25And noong 2019 and then noong 2020 ito,
01:28nagkaroon po tayo ng batas yung telecommuting law.
01:31And then yung 2022,
01:32nag-issue tayo ng revised implementing rules ng telecommuting law.
01:36So, ang sinasabi naman po na kung ang ating trabaho ay maide-deliver naman
01:40through computer technology,
01:43yung ating mga manggagawa ay pwede na sa bahay
01:45or sa ibang alternative workplace sila mag-render ng kanilang trabaho.

01:51Marami po tayo mga workplaces ngayon ang naka-telecommuting.
01:56Marami na po sa kanila naka-flexible arrangement
01:59or other alternative work arrangements.
02:01Pero may piling sektor lang po ito.
02:03Hindi pwede sa lahat ng trabaho.
02:05Tama yun, Igan.
02:06Kasi po, iba naman po yung trabaho sa mining sector.
02:10Halimbawa, sa agriculture.
02:12So, nakikita po natin sa ibang services and sectors,
02:16ito po ay ina-adapt yung manufacturing po natin,

02:58hindi naman po hahabaan yung 8 oras na trabaho nila?

03:05Pwede po yung isang araw ay pwedeng work from home.
03:08Pero yung sa mga sector po na hindi pwedeng work from home,
03:11ang option po nila ay habaan yung oras ng trabaho ng 4 days
03:15para po ma-deliver yung service yung kailangan sa kanila
03:19at hindi po ma-efectohan yung enterprise and sectoral productivity.
03:23So kung ito po yung napatupad na ng mga nagdaang taong na binanggit ninyo,
03:26wala tayo magiging problema ngayon sa gitna ng gera sa Middle East?
03:31Wala po kami nakikita, Igan, na problema.
03:34Nakahanda po yung ating mga polisiya
03:36para po agaran po makapag-implementa yung private sector
03:39ng alternative work arrangement,
03:41flexible work arrangement,
03:43and kung ang trabaho po ay kayang i-deliver through
03:45ang computer technology,
03:47pwede po sila hybrid,
03:48pwede pong entirely online,
03:50or pwede pong work from home yung ating mga manggagawa.
03:54Kung gagawin sa mong oras po ang pasok sa loob ng apat na araw,
03:57automatic po bang magiging overtime na yung extra na dalawang oras po, attorney?
04:04Part po ng pag-uusapan yung Igan,
04:06ano yung treatment ng dagdag na trabaho,
04:09pero po sa ating advisory,
04:11ito po ay hindi po overtime.
