00:03We have the return of the Galaxy Note Neo model
00:06or I should say the cheaper version of the Note
00:08which Samsung could eventually call a Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
00:12What you're looking out at right now is the actual official other of the��
00:16and all of the colors that are going to come out.
00:18Not only is that, we also have the full spec sheet for this phone
00:21which reveals some surprising details.
00:24So first up, this phone was definitely needed
00:26because both Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus models are really expensive
00:30and it's nice to see that they are bringing the Note Magic to an affordable price point
00:35which we haven't seen them doing since 2013.
00:38So the Note 10 Lite has the front design of Galaxy A51.
00:41It's a phone that I checked out a couple of days ago.
00:44The front design is very similar to that.
00:46It's a flat display with a punch hole towards the middle like the Note 10 family
00:50but with a slightly thicker bezels.
00:52The screen resolution will most likely be 1080p HD+.
00:56It is reported that the Galaxy Note 10 Lite actually uses ultrasonic scanner
01:00compared to the optical fingerprint scanner that Samsung usually uses on its mid-range devices.
01:05So that's a nice touch because we know that optical fingerprint scanner on Samsung devices are pretty mediocre.
01:11Switching over to the back, we have an iPhone 11 style camera sensor.
01:15It's a triple 12 megawissile treat so the main lens is 12MP f1.7.
01:20Then there's a 12 megawissile ultra wide-angle lens and a 12 megawissile telephoto lens.
01:24Up front, we have a 32MP selfie sensor similar to the Galaxy A51.
01:29Now, it's going to be coming in three colors, red, black, and white.
01:33In my opinion, it looks absolutely beautiful in the red color.
01:37The surprise of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is its internal specs.
01:40We heard about this a couple of months ago but now it's actually happening.
01:43Samsung is using the Exynos 9810 chip of the Note 9 inside this phone.
01:49Now, we all know that it's a last year chip but it's still a flagship chip which is better than
01:53using the Exynos 9610 or any other mid-range processor.
01:58Exynos 9810 means Samsung could use the same strategy with other high-end mid-range phones.
02:04And perhaps the biggest and the most confusing thing about the phone is that it's actually having a 4500 mAh
02:11battery which is even bigger than the Galaxy Note 10 Plus.
02:14It's coming with Android 10 out of box and you also get 25 watts of fast charging.
02:19Now, obviously, it's got the S Pen as well but this S Pen won't have the gesture navigation system of
02:25the Note 10 model so you don't get that.
02:27But other than that, it's going to be able to do everything what a S Pen can do.
02:31And I think that's the main feature of this phone, you know, bringing the Note Prestige to a more affordable
02:37package.
02:38It's looking great, honestly.
02:39Imagine if this phone comes out with a price point of $400.
02:43Man, it will sell like hotcakes but it'll probably be more expensive than that.
02:47According to current news, it could cost $500 to $600.
02:51Again, nothing is confirmed.
02:52We might have different versions based on the storage so it could actually be cheaper than the initial leaked pricing.
02:58As per latest leaks, Samsung could reveal the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and S10 Lite at CES 2020 which means
03:06that these phones could be specific to the United States market.
03:10And since they are coming to US, I think this is why Samsung also went with flagship naming because I
03:15don't think Galaxy A lineup is that popular there.
03:18So it's a nice strategy and overall, I think it's going to be a great phone.
03:21All depends on the price.
03:23You can actually pick up the Galaxy Note 9 for about $400 on eBay.
03:28Obviously, it's not new.
03:29So this phone sort of replaces that.
03:32And if Samsung really wants this phone to be a success, they have to price it somewhere around that price
03:38point.
03:38And otherwise, it's just going to be close to phones like OnePlus 7 which obviously are better in every way
03:45possible.
03:45So yeah, it all depends on the pricing.
