00:00Amid escalating tensions and ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the Department of Migrant Workers, or DMW Cordillera, continues to
00:08monitor the situation of Cordillera and Overseas Filipino Workers, or OFWs, in the region, assuring that the government is ready
00:16to assist any time.
00:17The agency is also coordinating with migrant workers' offices to assist the documented 557 Cordillera and OFWs in the region,
00:26with no casualties reported thus far.
00:29Officials, however, expressed concern over the status of undocumented OFWs.
00:35The DMW has also activated a communications center for residents to connect with family for free and is offering psychosocial
00:44counseling.
00:45With no repatriation requests have been received, OFWs are advised to stay in contact with the MWO.
