00:44than great people they have great people but they don't have great leadership and
00:48as you know they were the only country that in NATO would not agree to go up
00:52to five percent I don't think they wouldn't agree to go up to anything they
00:57wanted to keep it at two percent and they don't pay the two percent so we we're
01:01going to cut off all trade with Spain we don't want anything to do with Spain
01:06and we have the right as an example we talked about Spain I could tomorrow stop
01:11or today even better stop everything having to do with Spain all business
01:16having to do with Spain have the right to stop it embargoes do anything I want
01:22with it and we may do that with Spain
