00:04Australia is a vast and beautiful country.
00:10It is also home to some of the harshest and most challenging climates in the world.
00:15This is where two incredible individuals embark on a journey to set and break world records.
00:21Jeanette and Alan are on an epic adventure to run 366 consecutive marathons around this vast continent.
00:28All in their 60s, all powered by RAW.
00:33We follow their journey through the highs and the lows to see the RAW courage it took to face the
00:38challenges on the road.
00:40I was coming into Sydney, we got involved with a cyclone and we had about at least seven days of
00:47torrential rain and wind.
00:50It had some extreme heat. So four days in a row, 44 degrees.
00:57And the temperature coming off the road was often near at 50 degrees.
01:01That's like 120 degrees Fahrenheit apparently.
01:05And the raw courage it took to face the greatest challenge of their lives.
01:09When I was diagnosed with cancer, I had one grandchild and he was only about a year old.
01:19And it was really the realisation when I was told that I only had six months to live, that that
01:25meant I only had six months of his life to be a part of it.
01:29I knew that I didn't want to miss out.
01:36I told him I'd always be there for him.
01:43So you don't break a promise to your grandson.
01:49He's now 14 years old and he has a younger brother and he has little cousins, my other three grandchildren,
01:59who are eight and four and one and a half.
02:05How could I miss out on that?
02:08Watch as this beautiful love story unfolds, the love between Jeanette and Alan, their love for their family, the love
02:15for our planet and the love for all species.
02:18Jeanette and Alan demonstrate what is possible through a raw lifestyle.
02:22And we see how a raw plant based diet can impact many areas, including our health.
02:28When you go to the original sources of primary nutrition, vitamins, minerals, etc.
02:35Antioxidants, these are found in whole foods.
02:38The greater overall alkaline forming plant nutrition, therefore the better cell nutrition.
02:43An alkaline forming diet is going to keep cells pretty happy.
02:46An acid forming diet, that can have some problems.
02:50Too much acid forming food could have diminishing returns on bone density, on organ quality, especially kidneys and liver.
02:59And the easiest thing to do is to include more plant based whole foods and you'll naturally eliminate more processed
03:06than animal foods because there just won't be room for them in the diet.
03:09The impact a raw lifestyle can have on our planet and how it can save billions of animals lives.
03:15One instrument solves our water problems, human health problems, our environmental problems, animal cruelty and, most importantly, our health.
03:29Join us for a revolution.
03:31Roar.
