01:07And as you know, they were the only country that in NATO would not agree to go up to 5%.
01:13I don't think they wouldn't agree to go up to anything.
01:16They wanted to keep it at 2% and they don't pay the 2%.
01:19So we're going to cut off all trade with Spain.
01:22We don't want anything to do with Spain.
01:23We talked about Spain.
01:25I could tomorrow stop, or today, even better,
01:28stop everything having to do with Spain.
01:31All business having to do with Spain have the right to stop it.
01:36Embargoes, do anything I want with it.
01:38And we may do that with Spain.
