Segundo día de represalias: Qatar intercepta oleadas de misiles iraníes mientras se contiene el fuego en Doha

00:00A serie de attacks de missiles fue heard aquí en Doha early Sunday morning.
00:04Shortly after the blast, a nationwide emergency alert was sent to every phone
00:08urging the public to stay indoors.
00:10Qatar's Ministry of Interior confirms at least 16 people have been injured
00:14since the attacks began, leaving people here on edge.
00:18The attacks follow a tense Saturday,
00:20with repeated strikes seen and heard across the country.
00:23Authorities say 65 ballistic missiles and 12 drones launched from Iran
00:28were intercepted in Qatar.
00:30However, two missiles reportedly struck Al-Udeid Air Base,
00:33the largest U.S. military base in the region,
00:35and one drone hit an early warning radar system.
00:38Meanwhile, the country's airspace remains closed,
00:41grounding all flights and stranding many passengers.
00:43Qatar Airways says it will resume operations
00:46once the Civil Aviation Authority says it's safe to do so,
00:49and an update is expected Monday at 9 a.m. local time.
