03:12that this shipment of money belongs
03:13to the Central Bank of Bolivia,
03:15as certified by the Central Bank itself in a statement.
03:18Fourthly, I want to make it clear
03:19to those who are trying to take money
03:21from the plane involved in this tragedy
03:22that this money has no legal value
03:24since it has not been issued by the Central Bank
03:26and does not have a serial number,
03:27and that attempting to use this money is a crime.
