00:09We've got a big challenge in September this year, which we've set up ourselves.

00:18We're swimming 150 miles between us from London to Cardiff.
00:22And then next year, the next Melinda Swim is New York in 2027.
00:28There's two swims. We're swimming around 1.1 miles around the Statue of Liberty.
00:34And 2.4 miles across the Hudson River. So there's two swims.
00:38And we've got a number of swimming events that are going on this year and into next year to support
00:45and to raise awareness.
00:48And this is really important.
00:51We are committed, the three of us are committed to raising £11,400.
00:56We're going to raise that, but we are paying for our trips.

01:04Every swimmer on the 2027 challenge pays for their swims.
01:09It's the support, the boat, the kayak.
01:11So we are not taking anything from, 100% of everything we do is going towards a Belinda.
01:21So we are hoping, we're not hoping, we will raise this £11,400 by June 2027.
