00:00The war in Ukraine and the latest comments to come out of Moscow.
00:04Russia claims that the French, together with the British, are planning to deliver nuclear weapons to Ukraine,
00:11or at very least provide Kiev with what's been described as a quote-unquote dirty bomb.
00:17What's the French government's response to this claim?
00:22Oh, it's totally absurd. Of course, totally absurd.
00:26And we even did not even bother to answer to that.
00:32We had one of our accounts, which is called French Response, that took care of the response when these allegations
00:39were made public.
00:40Of course, it's a totally irresponsible provocation.
00:45And it was meant to have everyone look somewhere else than what was happening that day.
00:52And that day, it was the fourth anniversary of the Russian aggression of Ukraine.
00:56And this fourth anniversary was marking a failure of Russia, a military failure.
01:04I remember in February 2024, we all thought that Russia would totally invade Ukraine in a matter of days or
01:12weeks.
01:12And we are now four years into the conflict, and we see how brave the Ukrainians are and how they
01:17defend the country and how we stand with them.
01:20It's also an economic failure for Russia, as you see how high the interest rate of the central bank is,
01:2715%, 7% of inflation.
01:29They had to remodel their budgets a few times in 2025, and they entered a recession in 2026.
01:38So we see that the European and international sanctions against Russia have an impact.
01:44And so that's where we are.
01:47And so precisely these pacts, a failure in military terms, a failure in economic fields, that probably Russia didn't want
01:55us to see.
