00:00I saw in a recent interview with your goalkeeper at Larmans,
00:03he was talking about one of the reasons why he feels there's been an upturn in form
00:06is the clarity of the messaging that's coming through to the players.
00:10Can you give us an insight into how you go about making sure
00:13that you convey to each player what it is you want from them?
00:18Yeah, we could talk for quite some time on that,
00:21in terms of how we want to play, what we want to do for each other and behaviours.
00:29There's all sorts of things that kind of come into it really.
00:33But yeah, I think I've said it at times over the last few weeks,
00:38when you're putting a team together and you're putting a team on the pitch,
00:41I think it's not always...
00:43You try to make it as clear as you can, I think clarity is important.
00:47It doesn't necessarily mean that it's simple.
00:50Sometimes there's quite a lot of detail that needs to be put across,
00:54but I always try and feel that we do it in a simplistic form really,
00:59so the players maybe think it's simple,
01:01but there's quite a lot of work behind that.
01:03So that's always the balance, I think, for any coach and manager,
01:07that you're trying to give the players going out there,
01:10that their minds are as clear as possible really,
01:13and they know the jobs effectively.
01:16So it's a constant balance, but the boys have been great,
01:19and anything we have tried to help them with, implement them,
01:22we've given bits of tips,
01:23I think they've all been taking it on board ever so well.
01:26Thank you very much.
