00:29point in time is that his wife sangeeta has filed for a divorce not been spotted together for a while
00:36now and this comes at a time when uh it's uh it's been in fact a hectic time for the
00:43tvk chief with
00:45the elections in the state just around the corner he's been seen at various events the release of
00:50his film has well been in news but sangeeta was not seen with him i'm going to go straight across

01:00tell us from all uh we have this uh petition that is actually 12 pages and the important aspect
01:09is that we are going to not take names what you're going to call them as respondents and petitioners

01:21involved in adulterous relationship with an actress this caused her deep emotional pain
01:27and mental suffering amounting to betrayal and violation of marital trust she then says the
01:32petitioner then says that through the though the respondent immediately assured that he would end
01:37the relationship he continued the adulterous association with without remorse subjecting the
01:42petitioner to prolonged mental cruelty and the third point is between september 2021 and february 2022
01:48though through counsel the petitioner attempted to resolve the issue amicably and considering they
01:53had two children the petitioner at no point condoned the respondent's conduct and the final one is that
01:58that the respondent therefore thereafter increasingly neglected the petitioner emotionally mentally and
02:04physically he withdrew from conjugal relations excluded her from his social and professional life
02:09and deliberately distanced himself these seems to be the main points uh you know uh uh and the reason
02:15for this particular case now sneha all right these are details that we have with us as far as his

02:20sangeeta is concerned from more the reading out from uh that in fact sangeeta's absence also adding
02:26fuel to divorce rumors and various events she was not seen with him tomorrow surely he uh she was the
02:35respondent was not in uh chene for quite a long time she even this particular uh i know the document

02:40have uh she has called herself as a citizen of london she's staying in london and they have two
02:44children and she very clearly states that all this while she was quiet and she was patient uh considering
02:49the future of the two children but right now she has decided to go ahead and find the petition uh

02:58election but on the other side unfortunately there was a kind of a controversy earlier uh due to a kind
03:03of a senior neta who actually took the name of an actress associating her with that particular
03:08uh neta as well so we're not exactly sure if it triggered any kind of uh you know instance or

03:13but it uh it right now she wants to go ahead and file for the uh divorce now uh sneha
