00:00It's a bit of a strange stat, this, for Mo.
00:04Obviously he scored against Carabag, he scored in the FA Cup against Brighton as well,
00:09but it's nine Premier League games since he last scored,
00:12and that was against Aston Villa on the 1st of November.
00:14What do you put that run down to when it comes to Mo?
00:17He's had opportunities obviously, but at times not quite time.
00:23He's set his own standards, and those are so, so, so high
00:26that at the moment when he doesn't score for a few games people are immediately surprised,
00:32so that is only something that's probably the biggest compliment he can get.
00:36Yeah, and then with data you can use it in your advantage or your disadvantage,
00:41so not to use the FA Cup game if we play a Premier League side,
00:44you can argue if that is fair.
00:48But yeah, that's the way it works.
00:50If we want to highlight something really positive we try to forget one or two games,
00:54if we want to highlight something really negative we can try to forget one or two games as well.
00:58For me, I think it was quite recently, three games ago,
01:02that he had an assist and a goal against the Premier League side, Brighton.
01:07That's a very good Premier League team for so many years already.
01:11So that's the reality, and then you can change data and say he did not score in nine Premier League
01:18games.
01:19And that's the standard he set for himself, that's why people are surprised when things like that happen.
01:27Just to go with that though, is he playing then at the level that you want him to be or
01:32that he wants to be?
01:34Nah, I think then I should go really detailed into his performances,
01:40and that's something we do together and maybe it's not the place and time to do it over here.
01:45We are used to Mo scoring a lot of goals, and that's at this moment of time
01:50maybe the biggest difference in his performances or in his game time.
01:55But we also know, even in my time, this has happened before,
01:58I don't know exactly if it happened nine games in a row,
02:02but I've had these questions earlier, he didn't score for three, he didn't score for five,
02:06or I don't know exact numbers.
02:08But I also know that in the end he always starts scoring again.
02:12And that's the challenge he has now and we have now,
02:16to make sure he starts scoring again because he's not our only attacker
02:22that at this moment of time doesn't score as much as we are used to of our attackers.
02:27So it's not only the focus he deserved that is totally on him,
02:32because of everything he did for the club,
02:34but Hugo and Godi haven't scored that many goals recently as well.
02:38So it's again a team thing that we have to improve,
02:41the good thing is that we keep clean sheets,
02:44so that means they don't need to score that many.
02:47Although against Cadabac we scored six,
02:49and there was another game that we scored four,
02:51I don't even remember, but...
02:53Which one? Newcastle.
02:54Newcastle, aye.
