00:00I know you know what I'm going to talk about.
00:05The crisis over mouse toys, and even films or shows that feature mice, is still ongoing
00:10in Iran and it's reportedly getting worse.
00:13According to my sources inside Iran, one of the most beloved children's programs, School
00:18of Mice, Madreze Mushka, which has been broadcast to generations of kids, has now been added
00:24to Iran's list of banned films and shows.
00:35And it doesn't stop there.
00:37Reportedly, members of Iran's parliament are working on a bill to impose the harshest possible
00:42penalties on anyone, anyone who uses a mouse as their profile picture on social media.
00:46For what crime?
00:47For endangering national security by insulting the supreme leader.
00:54Under this proposal, intelligence and security agencies would monitor social media, detain
00:58offenders and delete any images of mice.
01:01They would even raid the homes of the offenders to make sure they don't have any stuffed mice
01:05or even mouse-themed keychains.
01:08It's unbelievable that the Islamic Republic, which claims it can defend itself against
01:12the US and Israel, is terrified of stuffed mice.
01:16I guess from now on, no one in Iran will dare to even say the word mouse in public.
