00:09And clearly they are headed in the pathway to one day being able to develop weapons

00:15They already possess weapons that could reach much of Europe, already now, as we speak.
00:20And the ranges continue to grow every single year exponentially, which is amazing to me.
00:24For a country that's facing sanctions, whose economy's in tatters, whose people are suffering,
00:28and somehow they still find the money to invest in missiles of greater and greater capacity every year.
