00:31was that which cars will only be sold to exotic cars or traditional economy cars
00:39can also be sold to them. So this video is all about how the car rental business would work,
00:46how you can partner up with the drive acts and build a very successful business in America

03:01of scale because small ticket size cars and small investments you have small investments
03:06with small cars if you build a big business then you have a large number of cars
03:12they need to scale it in that comparison we talk about luxury and exotic cars
03:19first of all you have to understand luxury cars and exotic cars in your day to day use
03:24luxury cars which will be BMW x5 x series and sedan cars which will be used in the day to
03:32day
03:58of course as a new investor you are talking about minimum
04:03it starts from anywhere between 250 to 300 thousand dollars at bare minimum price and it goes above
04:10you know all the way to a million dollar or a half a million dollar and you know what not
04:14so as a new investor of course it doesn't make sense for you to go for the exotic cars what
04:19we make a model is
04:21what we present to you is that you go to luxury cars in your somewhere around 150 to 200 thousand
04:26dollars
04:48of course we buy the used cars we buy from the used market so that you have the depreciation
04:53of course we buy from the used car from the used market so that the depreciation of the
04:56a new car that is already gone so you still maintain its value and it starts producing
05:03the income right from the day one depending on the range and the models and your budget
05:10and then those cars are gone on a daily rentals on a weekend rentals or even for a long term
05:16short term or a long term rentals which you service them.
05:20It is not a $30, $40, $50 a day rental, you are talking about $200, $300, $500 a day rental.
05:32So if you have 5 cars and your average is $300 or $400 rental, you are talking about a very
05:38decent amount of money
05:39which can produce at least $5,000, $7,000, $8,000 or in certain cases up to $10,000 monthly
05:45income for you
05:46which is sufficient for your family to survive, your lifestyle to upgrade and with that you can grow
05:54over the period.
05:56The moment you feel comfortable that your initial business is ready and it starts producing the money
06:02then you start injecting more cars and the future cars you can even get it on the credit as well
06:08you can get it on the financing as well.
06:10Initial cars because the requirement is that your business cannot be on the financing
06:14so initial investment that has to go upfront it cannot go under financing but later for the expansion of the
06:21business
06:21if you want to go for financing you are free to do.
06:23Another beauty of this model is that if you do these cars on our platform then there is no big
06:27lock period
06:28that you have to keep the cars with us for 3 years
06:30so as low as 6 months to 12 months period you are good to go
06:35you put the cars under our platform once you feel that you can establish and manage your business alone
06:42or you want to take it off of our platform, you want to shift the states or you want to
06:46do the business by your own self
06:48then you are more than happily welcome to do so
06:51you can just you know take the contract off, get your car and start you know shift the business on
06:57your own
06:57so overall it's a win-win situation for everybody
07:03until you get here and you learn the business and you feel comfortable
07:07you can place the cars with us, we rent it out and we split the profits
07:11of whatever the income I use business we split it and share it

07:26because your major chunk of investments is your asset backed
07:29yes of course there will be some depreciation on the cars but you are already making money on the cars
