01:54or New York or Paris, it would be a game changer. The scriptures speak of a new kind of currency

02:07be able to buy and sell without it. We're not against any particular technology per se.
02:11It's that once you've got these technologies in place, if you haven't got proper safeguards,
02:17if you haven't got proper oversight, if you've just got this basic presumption as pretty much
02:21all governments and companies seem to have, that once they've got the data, it's theirs.
02:25The fact that one person can be identified as being a part of one group and another person
02:31can be identified as being another group can end up being a death sentence.
02:35Imagine one global government and someone like Hitler coming to power. What's to stop that? Who's to fight him?
02:41We hope that never happens because what it would do for our civil liberties and what it will do for,
02:47you know, the nature of man himself is frightening.
