🌙✨ Surah Al-Baqarah (2:183–184) — سورة البقرة 🤍 The Call to Fast — A Path to Taqwā 🌿🌙 #loce #Quran #Ramadan #Fasting #viral #shorts #trending #youtubeshorts #SurahAlBaqarah #IslamicReminder
📜🌙 Surah Al-Baqarah (2:183–184)
“O you who believe, fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become righteous (have taqwā).
[Fasting is for] a limited number of days. So whoever among you is ill or on a journey — then an equal number of other days. And upon those who can fast with difficulty — a ransom of feeding a poor person. And whoever volunteers extra — it is better for him. But to fast is better for you, if only you knew.”
💥 A Divine Invitation:
Allah does not say — “O sinners.”
He says —
🤍 “O you who believe.”
Fasting is not punishment. It is purification.
Not deprivation. But elevation. 🌿✨
It was given to nations before us — because hearts always need discipline, and souls always need cleansing.
🌱 Deep Reflections:
1️⃣ Fasting builds taqwā — awareness of Allah 2️⃣ Hunger trains the heart before it trains the body 3️⃣ Islam brings ease — sickness and travel are excused 4️⃣ Feeding the poor connects worship with compassion 5️⃣ “If only you knew…” — there are hidden rewards beyond imagination
When you leave food for Allah… you learn to leave sin for Allah. 🤍
When you control your hunger… you learn to control your desires.
💬 Pause & Reflect:
Do we fast only from food?
Or also from: ❌ Gossip ❌ Anger ❌ Bad habits ❌ Wasted time
The real fast is the fast of the heart. 🌙
Ramadan is not about changing your schedule. It is about changing your soul. ✨
🤲 Dua: O Allah, make our fasting sincere. Grant us true taqwā. Accept our hunger, our patience, and our struggle — and make it a means of nearness to You. Āmīn 🤍🌙
