00:00I've had many conversations with Nick on sort of a broad range of subjects really.
00:05I think even when he's playing as a No. 9, as we used him, it wasn't to stretch the line,
00:11it was to come lower on the pitch.
00:13So I think in terms of his Germany career, without speaking for Nick,
00:18I think him playing well in any position for us is only going to help supplement that.
00:23Nick is very, very happy playing the role that he has done the last few games.
00:27There's no sort of fight with him on that.
00:29He's very much all in because he wants to showcase his best skills
00:32and his best skills is technically helping his link play.
00:38But I think what we've seen, which maybe has surprised me even to a point,
00:42has been his tactical understanding and his ability to understand the press,
00:47understand what he needs to do defensively.
00:49He's been excellent.
00:50He does have a sort of freedom on the ball to take up central positions.
00:55He has the freedom to drift to a degree across the pitch.
00:58So he's not sort of stranglehold by the position into one place.
01:03So I think hopefully we'll see the very best of him.
01:06But his position isn't fixed.
01:08We can change however we see fit, depending on the game.
01:11And how important is it that he's got the sort of mental bravery to dare to be different,
01:15as in a different context, his GQ fashion shoot rather unhighlighted?
01:21I haven't seen that, no.
01:23Was it good?
01:24I know his fashion sense is different.
01:29Certainly I couldn't pull some of the things off that he wears,
01:32and I wouldn't even dare to.
01:33But I think he looks good.
01:34No matter what he wears, he's got a way of showcasing his dress sense off.
01:38And it almost matches his personality.
01:40He is slightly different.
01:41He's got no problem being different.
01:43And on the football pitch, he's got such unique strengths.
01:48I've really enjoyed watching him play the last few games.
