00:01Visitors have been flocking to Yosemite National Park in California to witness the natural light
00:07phenomenon known as the firefall. Footage filmed on Saturday showed the setting sun's striking
00:14horsetail fall, creating the illusion of molten orange water pouring down the granite face of
00:21El Capitan. According to the National Park Service, the fiery effect appears only in mid
00:27to late February and only on clear evenings when the waterfall is flowing. Horsetail fall typically
00:33runs only during winter, and even slight haze or cloud cover can greatly diminish the display.
