Education Secretary on Andrew arrest: "No options off table"

Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson said the government fully supports the police investigation following the arrest of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. She said it is right for the investigation to take its course and added that “no options are off the table” once it concludes.
