00:00Hey everyone, Lindsay Clancy, the Dexbury mother charged with killing her three children
00:09in January 2023, will not face trial until July 2026.
00:14The delay was granted by Judge William Sullivan, who described the case as discovery-intensive
00:19requiring several expert witnesses to evaluate Clancy's mental state.
00:26So, her defense team continues to argue that she suffered a psychotic breakdown and could
00:33not understand the consequences of her actions.
00:37Clancy appeared via Zoom from Tewkesbury Hospital during the November 2025 hearing where her attorney
00:49requested more time to prepare.
00:51So, prosecutors meanwhile are pressing forward with three counts of killing.
00:58So, that's all for today's video.
