00:17The operation, carried out between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., revealed that all the containers were carrying goods
00:24without valid import permits from the Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services, or MAKIS.
00:30Port Klang AKPS commander, Deputy Commissioner Datuk Nik Eizani Mohamed Faisal,
00:36said the total value of the confiscated items is estimated at 1.9 million ringgit, with a combined weight of
00:44159,000 kilograms.
00:48Authorities warned that such violations pose a risk of spreading animal diseases
00:53and could compromise both food safety and public health.
00:57Among the seized items were UHT milk from New Zealand, frozen duck from Ireland, and milk powder from New Zealand.
