What an absolute honour to record Brain Damage & Eclipse in the very same halls where Pink Floyd recorded The Dark Side of the Moon back in 1972 and 1973: Abbey Road Studios.

THANK YOU to our sponsors for helping me cover some of the costs for this project and for providing some amazing gear for this session.

02:15To change me till I'm sane
02:20You lock the door, throw away the key
02:25There's someone in my head, but it's not me
02:37And if the cloud burns thunder in your ear
02:44You shout and no one seems to hear
02:51And if the band is in the stars, then will grant you
02:56I see you on the dark side of the moon
03:40If the sound is in the stars, then will grant you
03:59All that you touch, all that you see, all that you taste, all you feel, and all that
04:11you love, and all that you hate, all you distrust, all you say, and all that you feel, and all
04:23that you do, and all that you buy, bag, or steal, and all you feel, and all you destroy, all
04:36that you do, and all that you say, and all that you, and everyone you meet, and all that
04:46you slight, and everyone you fight, and all that is now, and all that is gone, and all
04:56that's too cold, and everything I love, and all that is sunny as it's you, sunny as it's
05:05in spite of you.
05:35Thank you to Lewitt for their microphones, and to Dark Meta Audio Labs for making custom
05:39in-year monitors for this session.
05:41Without the support from my audience, this project would not have been possible.
05:45If you want to help us create more videos like this, please consider supporting this channel
05:49on Patreon.
05:52To explain why we need your support, here's why it took us one whole year to record seven
05:58videos.
05:59Everything starts with an idea.
06:01We wanted to record at Abbey Road Studios.
06:05Selecting the songs, assembling our band and crew, writing the arrangements, planning rehearsal
06:10days, aligning calendars, and creating outfit guidelines.
06:14The planning didn't stop here.
06:15Just imagine feeding 40 people with all their food restrictions, writing hundreds of emails,
06:21setting up insurance and contracts, finding funding, booking hotels, flights, drinks, carries,
06:27and organizing visas.
06:29After all of this paperwork, we could finally do more paperwork.
06:32Yay!
06:33To save valuable time on the recording days, every minute needed detailed planning.
06:38Schedules, equipment and microphone lists, camera and lighting plans.
06:42After each musician practiced their parts, we did four rehearsal days in two different
06:47countries, a photo shoot and meetings with the audio and camera crews.
06:51Then, finally, our two recording days arrived.
06:56After that, our work didn't stop.
06:58We still had to organize and back up all the footage, select the best takes, mix and master
07:03the audios and edit and color grade the videos.
07:06We went through multiple versions to make sure that we had the best results to upload for
07:11you to watch right now.
07:14Thank you very much for watching and please check out the Patreon link in the video description
07:18to help us keep rock music alive.
07:23Did we do it?
07:24I think so.
07:25Yay!
