01:00While the Vice President is not named a co-perpetrator in her father's ICC case,
01:05at least one impeachment complaint against her seeks her removal from office for her alleged role
01:10in the extrajudicial killings in Davao City when she was mayor.
01:13Duterte is also facing corruption allegations, particularly over the alleged misuse of P612.5 million
01:19in confidential funds.
01:21This is the main ground cited in the three impeachment complaints against her.
01:27Senator Risa Ontiveros, reacting to Vice President Sara Duterte's intent to run for president,
01:32says the opposition, too, is preparing for 2028.
01:35Ontiveros says their time frame is unchanged.
01:38They will announce by year-end of 2026 or by the first quarter of 2027 who their standard bearer will

02:53the board was tasked with overseeing Gaza's temporary governance.
02:57Trump later said the board, which he chairs, would be expanded to address global conflicts.
03:01It will hold its first meeting in Washington, D.C. on Thursday to discuss Gaza's reconstruction.
03:06Italy and the European Union said their representatives will attend as observers,
03:10as they are not members of the board.
03:13Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says,
03:16U.S. President Donald Trump was exerting undue pressure on him
03:19in trying to secure a resolution to the nearly four-year-old war pitting Kiev against Moscow.
03:24Zelensky also says,
03:25any plan requiring Ukraine to surrender territory in the eastern Donbass region
03:29that Russia has not captured would be rejected by Ukrainians if put to a referendum.
03:34Russia holds about 88% of Donbass.
03:37Trump suggests it is up to Ukraine and Zelensky to take steps to ensure the talks proved successful.
03:43But Zelensky adds,
03:44it is not fair that Trump keeps publicly calling on Ukraine, not Russia, to make concessions.

03:50his talks with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner
03:54did not involve the same level of pressure.
