De Lima not surprised over Duterte's presidential bid

Mamamayang Liberal Rep. Leila de Lima says she is not surprised by Vice President Sara Duterte's announcement to run in the 2028 elections. In a statement on Feb. 18, 2026, De Lima also said it was better if Duterte answered the allegations against her first.
